Thank you for your interest in Dive Bali 2027. Please read this policy carefully before making your reservation. By submitting a deposit you agree to the terms outlined below.
Two pricing tiers apply, based on when you book:
Registration closes entirely on June 26, 2027, 60 days before departure. Space is strictly limited to 16 guests on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early Registration: a $2,000 deposit per person is required to reserve your space at the Early Registration rate. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.
Standard: full payment is due at the time of booking.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Due to advance hotel reservations, transportation contracts, and activity commitments made on your behalf, deposits cannot be returned under any circumstances. Deposits are transferable to another guest at your request.
For Early Registration bookings, the remaining balance is due in full no later than June 26, 2027. Failure to submit final payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.
If you need to cancel your reservation after your deposit has been submitted:

A $1,000 future-trip credit is included at every cancellation tier, valid for two years from the date of cancellation and may be applied to any trip hosted by David. This mirrors standard industry practice: closer to departure, hotel, transport, and activity commitments are already locked in and non-recoverable on our end.
David Rively reserves the right to cancel the trip for any reason prior to departure, including but not limited to failing to reach the minimum group size of 6 guests. In the event of a host-initiated cancellation, a full refund of all payments received will be issued to each guest within 30 days.
We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance as soon as their deposit is made. Travel insurance is your best protection in the event of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The cost of this trip is non-refundable, and travel insurance is the only way to recover your investment if circumstances change.
