Refund Policy

Amazing Soulcations · Effective July 2026

This is the master Refund Policy for Amazing Soulcations. Dive Bali 2027 and Bali Retreat 2027 currently use their own standalone Refund Policy and are not governed by this document - though notably, their real numbers already match this policy almost exactly. Every trip added going forward adopts this master document by default, adding only its own pricing and dates in a short Trip Supplement.

Thank you for your interest in an Amazing Soulcations trip. Please read this policy carefully before making your reservation. By submitting a deposit you agree to the terms outlined below, together with the pricing and dates listed for your specific trip.

Pricing & Registration Windows

Two pricing tiers apply, based on when you book:

Early Registration - book by the date listed for your trip: Double and Single Occupancy rates as shown on that trip's page
Standard - book between the Early Registration deadline and 60 days before departure: a higher Double and Single Occupancy rate, also shown on that trip's page

Registration closes entirely 60 days before departure. Space is limited to the guest count listed for that trip, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Deposit

Early Registration: a $2,000 deposit per person is required to reserve your space at the Early Registration rate. Your reservation is not confirmed until your deposit has been received.

Standard: full payment is due at the time of booking.

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Due to advance hotel reservations, transportation contracts, and activity commitments made on your behalf, deposits cannot be returned under any circumstances. Deposits are transferable to another guest at your request.

Final Payment

For Early Registration bookings, the remaining balance is due in full no later than 60 days before departure. Failure to submit final payment by this date may result in forfeiture of your reservation and deposit.

Cancellation by Guest

If you need to cancel your reservation after your deposit has been submitted:

Your $2,000 deposit is forfeited from the moment it is paid, regardless of when you cancel. This applies no matter which tier you fall into.
Beyond the deposit, your refund on any remaining balance paid depends on how far out from departure you cancel:

More than 60 days before departure	100% minus the $2,000 deposit, plus a $1,000 credit toward a future trip
30-60 days before departure	25%, plus a $1,000 credit toward a future trip
Inside 30 days of departure	Non-refundable, but a $1,000 credit toward a future trip is included

A $1,000 future-trip credit is included at every cancellation tier, valid for two years from the date of cancellation and may be applied to any trip hosted by Amazing Soulcations. This mirrors standard industry practice: closer to departure, hotel, transport, and activity commitments are already locked in and non-recoverable on our end.

Cancellation by Host

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel a trip for any reason prior to departure, including but not limited to failing to reach the minimum group size of 6 guests. In the event of a host-initiated cancellation, a full refund of all payments received will be issued to each guest within 30 days.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance as soon as their deposit is made. Travel insurance is your best protection in the event of unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The cost of this trip is non-refundable, and travel insurance is the only way to recover your investment if circumstances change.
