These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in any trip organized and administered by Amazing Soulcations or one of its hosts (the "Organizer"). By submitting a deposit or payment, you agree to these terms in full, along with the Trip Supplement for your specific trip, if one applies.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older to book independently. Guests under 21 may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered for the trip, and only with the Organizer's advance written approval. Some trips hold a stricter policy with no exceptions permitted regardless of guardian accompaniment; where that's the case, it will be stated plainly in that trip's Trip Supplement.
Alcoholic beverages are not included in the trip price unless specifically stated otherwise, and are available for purchase at the guest's own expense. Guests are expected to drink responsibly. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose behavior while under the influence becomes disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful to other guests or staff.
Some trips require a certification, skill level, or fitness standard in order to participate in certain activities (for example, a diving certification for a scuba trip). Any such requirement, along with any related risks, will be detailed in that trip's Trip Supplement. It is each guest's responsibility to meet the requirements for their trip prior to departure.
All guests are expected to treat fellow travelers, local staff, guides, and community members with courtesy and respect throughout the trip. The following will not be tolerated:
The Organizer reserves the right to remove any guest from the trip, without refund, for violation of this Code of Conduct. A removed guest is solely responsible for their own return travel arrangements and any associated costs. See the standalone Code of Conduct document for the full policy.
Each guest is solely responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport, any required visas, and any other travel documentation necessary for entry into their destination country. Passport validity requirements (typically at least six months beyond the return date) and any visa requirements will be noted in your trip's materials. The Organizer is not responsible for any guest who is denied entry, denied boarding, or otherwise unable to travel due to inadequate or invalid travel documents.
Full details of what is included in your trip price are listed on the trip's page and in its Trip Supplement. International airfare, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, laundry, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
The itinerary as presented is subject to change based on weather, local conditions, availability, and the judgment of the Organizer and local operators. The Organizer will make reasonable efforts to notify guests of any material changes in advance.
The Organizer is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, volcanic activity, pandemic, government action, or civil unrest.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
These Terms & Conditions should be read together with the Amazing Soulcations Refund Policy, Liability Waiver, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct, along with the Trip Supplement for your specific trip if one applies. All are incorporated by reference.
